Girls must be registered by the appropriate adult officials for their troop. This form sends your basic application information to the Girl Scouts of Pine Valley Council Service Center.

A local volunteer will contact her parent or guardian with details of troop openings in her area. Completion of this form does not constitute placement in a Girl Scout troop.

The local volunteer will also require the girl's parent/guardian to sign a consent form and arrange for payment of dues.
